Experian does not accept change requests via the paper BullseyeSM process. However, the Bullseye process will still be available as a tool to verify data you have reported to Experian. Bullseye users should begin submitting their updates using E-OSCARSM.
What is E-OSCAR?
E-OSCAR, the credit industry’s state-of-the-art online data correction system, is available to assist you in managing the increased workload due to the recent regulatory changes through a Web-based and less manually intensive process.
Why E-OSCAR?
Experian attempts to leverage new technologies and provide process efficiencies to increase productivity in a safe and secure environment. In conjunction with the Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) and the other nationwide consumer reporting agencies, we have made a significant investment in improving the efficiency and security of the dispute verification and data correction process through E-OSCAR.
E-OSCAR has been implemented and tested for two years and has proven to be a highly effective, productive and secure system. We are confident that E-OSCAR will provide significant benefits to your operations, particularly given the recent regulatory changes.
