Getting access

Access to eSolutions is managed by the online delegated administration system referred to as Access Control (ACS). An Head Security Designate is required to onboard a client onto the online delegated administration system and subsequently to eSolutions. Contact Customer Support at 800 831 5614 or log in to https://www.experian.com/express/sseq1.jsp to establish your company’s Head Designate.

Online registration
Have your company's Head Security Designate visit Client Registration. The online registration process will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. At the end of the process, Customer Support will e-mail the Head Security Designate with a user ID and password within two business days.

Offline registration
Have your company's Head Security Designate contact Customer Support at 800 831 5614 to get started.

Recommended browsers
There are no special certificates required on the browser side to access our credit products through the Internet. Standard browsers such as Internet Explorer 6+Netscape 8 and Firefox 1+ are recommended broswers.
