Some of the biggest challenges that we face today within the industry and within our company are loan growth and compliance issues; they’re coming at us left and right, it’s coming so fast, we’re trying to keep up with it. And, keeping and retaining the existing clients we have and increasing that touch, so cross-selling to those existing clients. Those are our biggest challenges right now.
One of the Experian products that has helped us meet those challenges are, or we’re helping us to meet those challenges is AppLinkSM. We are right in the middle of implementing Bank2Business® and Business2Consumer®, and we know that AppLink is going to be a real key to that because it’s going to give our customers a fast and quick response on their application request, their loan request. Also, at some point in time it’ll give them a self-serve kind of loan, and that’s really where we’re headed. It’s wanting to give our customers a fast and efficient way to get their loans and retain those existing customers.
Experian this year has listened, and last year to, listens to what the client wants. And, I’m amazed at what they’re bringing forth this year. All kinds of changes in the UI and in the interactivity to the client, and to the software; we’re talking and they (Experian) are listening and making changes. We can see it in every rollout, every new upgrade, it has a piece of what we have asked for, and it’s really impressive.
