Subprime bankcard limits decline

New bankcard credit limits for subprime and deep subprime consumers (VantageScore® D and F categories)* were 3 billion dollars in Q3 2009, compared with 10.3 billion dollars in Q3 2008. This represents a year-over-year decline of more than 70 percent.
