Are mortgage delinquencies stabilizing?

Mortgage delinquencies do not appear to be stabilizing anytime soon. Mortgage loans 90 to 180 days past due increased for the 11th consecutive quarter in Q3 2009. In Q3 2009, these mortgage delinquencies increased 17 percent over the second quarter of 2009, reflecting a year over year increase of 132 percent.
