My role in the organization is to function as the "go-between" for Experian and our FMB lines of business that are using Experian products. I coordinate the enhancements, requests, contracts and invoices. I’ve been in that role for about two years now, working with the Experian team and growing the product set across the bank.
Right now our biggest challenges are maintaining credit monitoring and portfolio credit risk through the economic times. Even though we are starting to see a slight uptick, it’s still important to maintaining that high credit quality.
The solutions that we have implemented are specific to the Baker Hill product line. We use the Advisor Suite of products, which is used everywhere from prospecting to cross-sell, retention, overall customer interaction and client satisfaction. We also have the origination system for processing small-business loans as well as our small-business credit card portfolio. We also have the Statement Analyzer, which allows us to spread and monitor governance to the larger companies that we underwrite.
It’s been a great experience over the last two years, continuing to grow into the partnership. It's becoming more visibly recognizable through all levels of management. The partnership has helped us to really get responsiveness from all levels of management, and we’re able to see results when we ask for them.

In the past, communication has been informal.
