Mike Gross is VP, Applied Fraud Research & Analytics for Experian Global Identity & Fraud, with responsibility for anticipating how future changes in technology, consumer engagement, fraud behaviors, and digital transformation will drive disruptive customer experiences and create new threats around the world. Prior to this role, he served as Product Innovation and Risk Director for Identity & Fraud, Global Decision Analytics. In those roles, he led a team of data scientists, engineers, and risk analysts to prototype new fraud concepts and develop fraud prevention strategies to protect some of the world’s largest brands. Mike joined Experian in August 2011 and has undertaken multiple Product and Risk leadership roles, facilitating collaboration across global and regional business units and partnering with Experian Data Labs. He has 20 years of experience in financial services fraud prevention and risk management, sparking innovation opportunities, pinpointing emerging threats, facilitating market expansion, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Prior to joining Experian, he led Product Strategy for Digital Authentication at Early Warning Services.
