		<description>This is great insight into deliverability from a client perspective, but I am curious about the cleanliness of client records submitted-- if 50% of the ACS returns never had a name associated with the address, that certainly sticks out that there may be data collection issues for actual customers.  In addition, if results show that close to half the file had moved, was NCOA not performed?

Proper data hygiene from prospect engagement, customer acquisition and retention is a must, especially in the new era of the USPS.</description>
