Business Consultant Experian Decision Analytics’ Global Consulting Practice Chris has expertise in managing and improving risk culture, reducing expense and improving loss metrics, and excels in streamlining processes to save costs, and generate new revenue sources. He joins Experian from Bank of America, where he was a Vice President of Audit and Exam, Governance and Control Management. His responsibilities included project management for Global Technology & Operations Fraud and Claims, accountable for responding to Confidential and Time Sensitive inquiries related to on-going OCC and CFPB Audits and Exams. Chris’s current responsibilities as a Global Consultant include leading large projects from design through implementation. He influences the required outcome of new and existing technology deployments, drives KPI requirements, commands operational effectiveness, creates industry leading work flow documentation and designs Customer Experience service requirements. In addition, Chris provides Fraud rules design and expert support to clients with the development of fraud prevention strategies. Chris has operational expertise with Online and Digital Banking enrollment and fraud detection for the following products: Consumer and Small Business Credit card ATM Debit and Pre-Paid card Deposit and Checking
