Ticketmaster to compensate Springsteen fans

Ticketmaster agreed to pay $350,000 to Springsteen fans after redirecting potential ticket buyers to their subsidiary website, TicketsNow, offering tickets at a substantially higher price during a sale for two upcoming concerts in May.
