		<description>Unfortunately it really doesn&#039;t seem likely that the way to recover their reputation and their share is to become aggressive and to copy feature from Wikipedia.
There are problems with wikipedia that enough people have talked about, and enough opportunity for Britannica to do something new and different.  If they don&#039;t try to be original they&#039;ll fail (Being likable is important too).
