Despite the hunger strike launched by a MySpace user known only as “J,” who promised not to eat until Sanjaya was voted off (the hunger strike has ended by doctors orders) Sanjaya continues to dominate contestant searches heading into Tuesday night’s show. As of Sunday, Sanjaya searches outnumbered the nearest contestant, Blake Lewis by more than 2-1.
